Whole nutmeg comes as a big seed, thus you should respect it as an element of fertility or death depending on how you treat it.
Solomon's seal should be avoided in unmedical unregulated doses. Externally, when burned it is hazardous. Even so, ancient occult practices require it to be burned before a ritual to help seal it. In this case, stay away from the fumes.
Cilantro is used in love spells for love and memory. But, remember, cilantro is an edible herb - and you can put it in your lover's Mexican or Italian dinner! Silver sage smells the best out of all the sages burned but Native Americans prefer to burn white sage.
