Policies and Ordering
If you choose to use Paypal and pay by credit card or electronic transfer, you do not receive discounts, you must follow all instructions, and you can only receive free shipping if your order is over $300.00!
Shipping and handling must be added to every order ( unless you're picking the purchase up from our store ). You must add all shipping, taxes, etc. to the amount given to PayPal ( this creates a GRAND TOTAL given to PayPal ). Prior to giving PayPal money, please fill out the order form in full and email it filled out, minus credit card # ( give that to PayPal ).
If you live in Wyoming, Wyoming Sales tax must be added and the % is determined by the county you live in. Natrona county is 5%.
FIRST - add your items ( writing down quantites, descriptions, price and total per item group on a piece of paper add everything up ... before shipping and handling and any tax. This is called your gross.
Then subtract any applicable discounts, or coupons. Next, add shipping and handling and any applicable tax.
After you add these in you will get a new total ... this is called the grand total. If you pay via snail mail with a money order then all applicable discounts apply. Plus, after $100.00 or more, you receive free shipping on normal items ( cauldrons, etc. are excluded in this offer ).
Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards directly. However, you can email us your order, and then send a copy of your order with a check or money order to Pan's Grove. This will speed up your delivery time. If you place an order of $200.00 or more after all discounts, you get free shipping! This offer also excludes heavy items such as cauldrons and water fountains, or if you pay via PayPal.
Please include your first and last name, address, and phone # on your paper with all purchase info. but you must report your faxing time to us first.
Remember, you can order Llewellyn, Samuel Weiser, or Azuregreen items through us. We accept their prices.
Allow up to 6 weeks for delivery, 8 weeks for special orders. However, you will find that we tend to fulfill and mail orders right away, and it will usually take 1-2 weeks for the items to get to you.
Check bouncing fees are $29.00, amounts over $80 bounced, we reserve the right to take you to court over. We also reserve the right to add 5% per month until the check and fees are paid in full. Members, contributors, etc. who owe us money will not be able to use their discounts or coupons until their balance is paid in full!

Orders are insured as part of the cost. This is included in the shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling is as follows ( inside the US, only ) : $1 - $10 = add $5.00, $10 - $25.00 = add $7.00, $25.01 - $43.00 = add $10, $43.01 - $65.00 = add $11.00, $65.01 - $100.00 add $14.00. Orders that are over but not up to $200.00 and do not qualify for special offer ... add $17.00. Insurance is added, however WE DO NOT REFUND MONEY FOR ANY REASON AND IN ORDER TO GET A CREDIT A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE MUST BE FILED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE TIME THE ITEM WAS PAID FOR. In addition, in order to get a credit where the item was not received ( a full refund ) extra insurance must be placed on the item. In this scenerio, add .50 to your order. The reason for this, is due to post office package tracking. They only do this for insured items over $50.00. So we only reimburse the full amount if we know that the package is lost and if we could track it. Green slip insured items cannot be tracked, thus we refuse responsibility for the items once we ship them. Green slip insurance, according to the post office here are harder to prove that they were lost - even with a receipt. So we just aren't dealing with it. Insurance is mainly for peace of mind with us, rather than your money back. Thus we will not reimburse money for any reason. For those people who have a hard time getting stuff from the postal service - we can ship your order UPS at an extra cost to you if you want to, but we are not responsible for " lost " packages.
